Are they subject to annual tax?
It is subject to same taxation as housings or workplaces.
Can electricity, water and natural gas be connected to prefabricated structures?
In places that bear village status, one should apply to the relevant body with a certificate of work completion that is accompanied by a permit signed by the village headman and two persons from the board of alderman. If construction is made upon permit by municipality, subscription is made by applying to the relevant body with the certificate of work completion that is added to the zoning report or the construction permit.
Is condominium ownership title deed issued for prefabricated structures? What is the status of the title deed? Is it legal to perform it?
As per provisions of Article 20 of the Law on Prefabricated Structures, such structures can only be erected in accordance with the zoning plan, regulation provisions, the license and the addendums thereof.
MATERIAL
Which material is used for the walls, interior walls, floors and roofs of prefabricated structures?
The main conveyor system of prefabricated structures is metal. Exterior walls and cross partitions are made of Betonpan (precast concrete) panels.
Which materials are use for water and thermal insulation?
ROCKWOOL, EPS or MINERAL WOOLS is used for thermal insulation. For water insulation, membrane and moisture barrier are used in roof insulation.
Can heating assembly be installed?
Yes
Is it you that installs electricity and water installation?
Yes. All standard electricity and water assemblies inside the building are installed by the manufacturer company.
What are the kitchen contents?
Kitchen sinks and armatures are included in the standard package contents.
What are the bathroom contents?
Bathroom materials are delivered inclusive of all accessories such as shower tray, pedestal lavatory, flagstones and toilets.
Which materials are used for roof insulation?
Roof insulation materials are OSB, moisture barrier, membrane and glasswool mattress.
CONSTRUCTION
Does it have a foundation?
There is no foundation. Optional foundation can be install by using flat mesh concrete between 30-50cm.
What kind of preparation is needed before the building is erected?
It is necessary to complete the permit & license procedures in the municipality and to complete the ground concrete according to the building plan.
If needed, can prefabricated structures be detached and installed on another location?
Prefabricated buildings are designed according to the modular structure, and procedures can only be performed by considering losses between 10-20% that can occur between assembly and disassembly operations. Although there are no numeric limits, more than 6 assembly/disassembly operations is not recommended in consideration of the building's depreciation.
What are the Production and Assembly times?
One important features of prefabricated structure is their rapid production and installation times. Although this changes on a project basis, average housing productions last 4-7 days.

Are prefabricated structures resistant against earthquakes?
They are produced with consideration of earthquake region conditions.
Are prefabricated structures resistant to negative weather conditions?
Projects for prefabricated buildings are prepared with consideration of information like wind speed, snow load, rain ratio etcetera and production is made in the light of such information.
Do they require maintenance? How and with which frequency is maintenance performed?
Dye modification is made like the one performed in reinforced concrete structures.
